P.E. Moseley & Associates provides our WEM users with a powerful online Support Website. This Support Website allows our users to access support features such as Knowledgebase, Troubleshooting, Downloads and News.

Users can also submit a Ticket with a question and provide their WEM file as an attachment for advance support assistance. Each ticket is privately viewed and stored in the Support Website for future viewing.

Only registered WEM users can view the WEM Support Website. By using the Register for Support feature located in their WEM drop down menu, a user will send a request via email to P.E. Moseley, and then receive a confirmation email containing their new Login ID. Through the use of an internet browser’s cookies, the user’s Login ID can be saved for future use.
